Mr. Naresh Gupta completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce from MDU University. Being a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he holds 38+ years of experience in the field of Tax Advisory, representation services, and compliance matters concerning Direct Taxation. He is the founder member of the firm and his forte is to handle the scrutiny assessment and litigation at first appeal level.
He helps to strengthen the Corporate Governance for the clients, internal control systems, and their effectiveness in the proper and transparent governance of the organization relating to secretarial matters.

Anish Sanghi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He holds extensive experience in the field of Audit and Assurance Services and the Business Valuations. Its blend with his business acumen background that has enabled him to specialize in conducting system audits and Forensic investigations. He brings vivid experience in statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, financial control, and forensic accounting.
He is the seasoned professional with demonstrated history of more than 22 years worked for Manufacturing industry , Real estate Industry, and Service industry. His core area of Expertise is in Audit and Assurances, Financial Reporting in IGAAP, US GAAP and IFRS, and Valuation of the Corporates. He has been on board of many corporates for the Compliance , Advisory and taxation. He is handling both Indian and MNC Clients in the firm.
With an ability to relate theory with practice, he ensures formulating and implementing Accounting and Financial Policies / Procedures and Statutory Compliance. Additionally, he is the Registered Valuer with IBBI for Securities and Financial assets and have experience of more than 6 years in various business valuation for merger and acquisition, preferential allotments, PPA Allocation, Intangible Assets and many more.
